Homechoice

HomeChoice is a way of allocating social housing through Cherwell District Council's housing register. It gives you a choice and a greater say over where you live. HomeChoice allows you to choose which available properties you want to be considered for.

Social housing available to rent is advertised every week on HomeChoice. The advertising period starts on a Wednesday and finishes at midnight on Monday, one week later. This may vary occasionally to allow for holiday periods such as Christmas. You must be eligible for social housing and have an active HomeChoice application in order to place a bid on advertised social housing.
